Linco Wallet Privacy Policy

1. Preamble

1. The software service "Linco Wallet" (hereinafter, "the Service") operated by Cocone Engineering Korea Corporation (hereinafter, “the Company” or “we”) works on "MOOI Network" (hereinafter, "the Network") operated by POST VOYAGER and mobile application, and browser services.
The Company establishes the following Linco Wallet Privacy Policy (hereinafter, "the policy") regarding the handling of information related to users who use the service (hereinafter, "user information").
2. Users need to agree to the Policy at the first start of the service (in case of amending the policy, at the first start after notification of revision). Also, in order for a user under the age of 15 to use the Service, consent from a parent or an authorized guardian needs to be obtained.
3. Check the Linco Wallet Terms and Conditions when agreeing to the Policy.
4. Users can check the Policy anytime from the service setting screen.

2. Method of Collection

The Company collects the information of users in a way of the following:

・ when users install, access, or use the Service
・ when the user voluntarily provides information

3. Collected Information and Purpose of Use

User information items to be collected by the Company and the purpose of use are as follows:

4. How We Share Information with Third Parties

1. The Company does not provide (including selling, lending, etc.) user information (excluding nicknames and other information provided by users on the Service) to third parties without obtaining the user’s consent in advance.
2. Subcontractors outsourced by the company for the service's operation, provision, improvement, support, marketing, etc. (e.g., Cocone Co., Ltd., 3-1-18 Wakabayashi, Setagaya-Ku, Tokyo) are not considered as “third parties,” and the Company may share user information with such subcontractors without obtaining the user's prior consent.
3. The Company may disclose user information to national agencies, local governments, or personnel entrusted with them without obtaining the user's prior consent in the following cases.
・When disclosure of user information is requested by a court order or a similar legal procedure
・When disclosure of user information is necessary to prevent physical injury or financial loss
・When investigating and reporting suspected illegal acts on the Service
4. When the business is succeeded by a merger, spinoff, business transfer, etc., or in the case of business succession, the Company may share user information without obtaining the user's prior consent.
5. When the user makes a transaction with a third party using the Service, the third party can access the user's transaction information, store the user information, and share it with others. Please note that the Company does not collect users’ transaction information.

5. How We Use Cookies

The Company may collect user information through cookies and similar technologies, and the information to be collected are as follows: browsing history, service usage history, IP address, device type, OS, browser type, device ID, etc. The collected information is used to track and analyze user behavior to provide much improved services.

The users may refuse to save cookies by setting the option in a web browser or in the mobile application. Provided that, if the user rejects cookies, the user may not be able to use either the parts of services or entire services.

6. User Rights

1. Users can manage, restrict, or delete their user information in the settings of the Service.
2. Users can delete their accounts at any time. The Company may store and use the user information related to the account within the scope and period necessary for compliance with laws and regulations or achievement of the purpose of use even after the deletion of the account. We will dispose of user information under the relevant laws and regulations once it no longer needs to be stored.
3. Users may request the company to (1)notify the purpose of the use of their personal information, (2)disclose their personal information or records of provision to third parties, (3) correct, add, or delete the content of their personal information, (4)make suspension of treatment of their personal information and provision to third parties. To request the suspension, refer to "10. Contact Us" for details.

In addition, if a user requests disclosure of user’s personal information that cannot be confirmed on the Service, the user may be charged a separate disclosure fee.

7. Security

The Company takes all necessary measures to prevent any unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of user’s personal information and to manage it safely. We continuously improve the security system of user’s personal information by investing appropriate management resources, and we establish internal guidelines to correct any inappropriate matters to protect user’s personal information in the best possible way.

8. How We Share Information With Third Parties in Foreign Countries

We may provide users’ personal information to third parties in the following foreign countries within the scope specified in "3. Collected Information and Purpose of Use". In that case, information on each country that should be referred to at this moment is as follows.

Also, the United Kingdom and Estonia are not included in the foreign countries as they are "foreign countries with personal information protection systems that are recognized to have the same level as Japan in protecting the rights and interests of individuals."

9. Modification of the Policy

The Company may modify the Policy to better protect users' personal information and respond to changes in laws and regulations. In that case, the Company will make public notice of the modification and the amendment will be applied after a grace period.
